About Beirut Taco

Two cultures One kitchen

Two cultures One kitchen

We created this restaurant to celebrate the connection between Lebanese and Mexican food. Both cultures share a history of bold spices, grilled meats, and simple street dishes that bring people together. Our concept focuses on tacos filled with Middle Eastern flavors. By combining these traditions, we offer a new way to experience familiar foods in a format that feels easy, fun, and welcoming for the Kansas City community.

Reviving a Historic Restaurant Space

Our restaurant sits at 3904 Bell Street, a well-known spot on Kansas City’s restaurant row. Before opening, we spent months renovating the former d’Bronx pizza location to bring new life to the space. The neighborhood is known for its independent restaurants and strong local energy. Being part of this area allows us to share our concept with a community that appreciates creative food and lively dining.

When Lebanon and Mexico Meet

KCTV 5 recently spotlighted Beirut Taco and the bold, unique flavors that make it a must-try in Kansas City. Stop by Beirut Taco to enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience and see why so many people are loving this intersection between Lebanese and Mexican flavors.

Built on Craft and Community

Our team believes great food starts with technique and respect for tradition. We prepare our own tortillas, blend our spices, and cook using classic methods that highlight both cuisines. The idea is not just fusion but a meeting point of two culinary histories. The owners also own a similar restaurant in Brooklyn called El Cedro. Come visit us and taste the bold flavors that bring Beirut and Mexico together!
